Bugsy is the Co-Founder of ASSETHAUS. From an early age, he developed a deep interest in cars, which quickly expanded into buying, selling, and sourcing. During high school, he began learning the fundamentals of online marketplaces through eBay, later transitioning to platforms like Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp, where he became a top-rated seller while actively buying, repairing, and reselling items ranging from go-karts and pit bikes to jet skis.

This early exposure evolved into larger-scale transactions throughout college, where he continued buying and flipping vehicles while refining his understanding of pricing, negotiation, and market demand. After mastering these platforms, he began selling professionally on behalf of others, eventually founding his brokerage business, Real Asset Agent — an operation that would later become a foundational pillar of ASSETHAUS.

Through Real Asset Agent, Bugsy facilitated over $1 million in transactions in just over a year, representing clients across a wide range of asset classes. His work spans sourcing and selling high-value furniture, art, watches, collector vehicles across the globe, diamonds, antiques, and even six-figure digital assets such as premium domain names.

Known for his ability to identify and unlock value across both traditional and unconventional assets, Bugsy has built an extensive network of collectors, dealers, and operators across industries, enabling him to structure and execute transactions that others often cannot.

He is a graduate of Babson College, where he studied entrepreneurship and launched multiple ventures. He has also held executive leadership roles within venture-backed companies, contributing to the growth and operations of multi-million dollar businesses.

From a young age, Max developed a deep fascination with cars and watches, drawn not only to their design and mechanics, but to the markets behind them. By age 13, he had already become one of the youngest and most well-connected watch collectors in the country, befriending many of the industry's most influential figures. At 14, he began his first retail experience working in a TAG Heuer boutique in New York City.

As soon as he reached driving age, Max expanded into buying and selling collector cars throughout high school. These early ventures provided a hands-on foundation in pricing, negotiation, and value creation in real-world markets.

He later deepened his involvement in the high-end watch industry, working alongside established professionals and advising clients on sourcing, valuation, and transactions. This experience refined his ability to navigate complex deals while maintaining the discretion and trust essential in the luxury space.
